2003 Hyundai Accent Dash Lights Wont Work

I have a 2003 Hyundai accent gl 2 door hatchback & my dash board lights wont work. I have check all the fuses & they are all good,but still not working.I think my dash light dimmer rheostat might be bad,is there anyway to bypass the dimmer switch?

Check taillight fuse, the bulbs, and dimmer switch to make sure you didn't accidentally dim them to zero
