Mower Won't Start And Is New Since July 2021

mower won't start and I believe the levers aren't set right for parking brake.I don't understand how to adjust the parking brake I tried to jump the battery first and that didn't work. Never had this problem before

Why is my Husqvarna lawn mower not starting?

A Husqvarna lawn mower may not start because you have a restriction in the fuel supply, a lack of sufficient air flow or a problem in the electrical system. An air filter, dirty carburetor, bad safety switch and faulty gas cap can all cause your Husqvarna's starting problem.
