Snow Blower On R 322 Awd
Takes way to much strength to life both mower in summer and now snow blower in winter. Something not right with the lift lever setup?

I do not have the snow blower attachment, so I cannot help you there.
I'm 77 years old and I can still do this.
There are several steps that must be done prior to lifting the deck.
1 Release the drive belt to the mower deck.
2 Remove belt from mower deck pully. (Half drive and socket works great)
3 Remove rod on left side, and place in cradle to the left of rod.
4 Make sure that the brake it on.
5 Both levers must be in the forward position. (Cutting height and blade engagement)
There is some muscle needed to lift the mower deck.
Now pull the mower deck forward with both hands, when the forward motion stops lift the the front of the mower deck.
This should all be done all in one motion.
You can balance the mower deck against your legs while you place the rod that keeps the mower deck from falling back down.
