Hu 775l Used Less Than 3 Months Last Season. Will Not Start

I drained all fuel out of it, and was stored in a temperature controlled garage. I know that its in the carb cause when I spray fuel into it it starts immediately and run until it burns the bit of fuel it. Just looking for some tips on what exactly it is. I do have fuel all the way into the fuel bowl. So float and needle and seat should be ok. I will take any suggestions. Thank you in advance Enrique
