The Hedge Clipper Will Not Take Gas When The Trigger Is Squeezed.
Since I bought this machine last summer, I have used it only 3-5 times. It chokes off when the trigger is squeezed. Is it a lemon such that I should get it replaced, or can it be fixed with an adjustment? Sometimes I can leave the choke out most of the way and it will run enough to cut light hedge growth. Today, it chokes down and will not work at all. Even running without any attempt to cut hedge, it chokes off.

The carberator will need to be cleaned & probably a new spark plug. I had the same systoms on a trimmer this season. Go here for a visual for carb cleaning.
