How Do I Remove The Glass To Clean Or Replace The Bulb? The Manual Has Nothing.

There are four "C" shaped hooks so you must push up and then over the hook in the correct direction.  Try using a step latter and a flashlight so you can actually see the hooks and it will all make sense.  This is a PIA but I do like the fixture and the fan.  This answer comes for a very nice person on Amazon that left the 1st positive review for this fixture.  Please read what I found in the review ..... The glass cover has two metal rods attached in parallel and they fit into a harness that requires a push up, then over; then it locks down (with gravity into a groove).   Aside from changing the light bulbs -  two 60W was what I was told was correct - it can collect dust and rut a bit if not also cleaned every 6-8 months.  Good Luck!!Itcan come loose, but it would take a forceful "up and over" push to accidentally knock it down, and it can be installed incorrectly increasing this risk. I would recommend not using this fixture if you have a lot of activity (horseplay/teenage boys?) or a low ceiling. My bathroom ceiling has a slope to it; I was fortunate to inadvertently install it in the direction where the slope benefits the locking mechanism, but if I had reversed the middle platform mounting, I would have a high risk of the cover slipping as described in another post.
