What Can I Do If It Won't Shut Off

In midsummer it started running and wont shut down. Have to turn off main furnace breaker to start/stop.

1. My heating or cooling will not turn on or off.

1 a. Check the HE/HG switch to ensure it is set to the correct

position.

1 b. Check the circuit breakers and switches to ensure there is

enough power to the system.

1 c. replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries.

1 d. If applicable, make sure the furnace blower door is closed

properly.
