Stab System

A car almost hit me yesterday I was at the dead stop and had to floor it to get away from car. Now my is a saying stab system service, traction failed

Most probable cause for the failure on a hummer is a loose plug on the transfer case, crawl under it and unplug the wire on the t-case and plug it back in, then reset the code if it does not reset automatically.



Also check the traction control plug on the ECU under the hood they have been known to work loose there also on the hummer.



It is a traction control or 4wd electrical problem most of the time.
