If you are having trouble uninstalling a program or device, you could try CCleaner which is free. You can download it here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download and then run and install and open and click on the left side tab that says Tools and it will open up the section for uninstalling. You can also try to go into Program Files on your computer and open up the Huawei file and look for the uninstaller if there is one included. Good Luck!
