Is It Possible To Access Micorsd Memory In Huawei E560 Over Wifi Network? As Nas

I have inserted a microSD 32GB memory card into my mobile wi-fi device. Whiel I connect it to my computer through USB cable, it is appering as a Removeable Disk on my computer and I can red/Write data. Can I access this memory over wifi network also as a Network Storage device? I can use streaming media player in my iPad to watch a movie which is exist in this memory card over wifi network? Reply. Thnaks.
