My W1 Will Not Let Me Receive Pics.

What do I do ? Ive had this phone less than 5 days and two hours ago it was fine. Now I cant send or receive pics but everything else seems fine. Ive been online and see this is a common problem. Why is that and how do i fix this ?

Greetings - You MMS settings may have been tempered with. You can try and adjust them with the help of the steps here.
