I Have Double Booked Two Hotels For The Same Period Through No Fault Of My Own.

Booking made on 23 April. I followed booking process until page came up saying booking cannot be confirmed. Took this to mean that I could not complete the booking.Started process again and completed booking.Found today on printing out confirmation that there were two bookings.I only need the one booking.How can I resolve this please?
