Car Rental

if I  paid for a car rental but can't pick it up on the start date, but the next day does the rate paid remain the same?

On the start date, the car will be your complete reponsibility so the paid rate will not change evem if it is still sitting in the parking lot. There will not be any fees but you could ask to change the start date.
