The Reservation Has Been Canceled.

Hotwire: On Thursday 07 of February 2012, I received your hotel booking confirmation with Code: 310588368 and Hotwire Itinerary: 5297046208, but then on the 16 of March, I called to the Hotel to confirm the reservation, and i was told that the reservation has been canceled. By checking my credit card account,  it's been already charge on my credit card this booking, although the trip it's going to be until April 04  Thur April 07 2012. I was told by the Hotel that a should talk to Hotwire to refund my credit card charge, or clear out this problem. Hopping hear from you, i really appreciate your help.
