How Do I Unblock My Ip Address For Free With Hotmail?

SOMEONE HACKED INTO MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT SENDING SPAM MAILS TO MY CONTACTS. I REPORTED IT. FIRST MY ACCOUNT BECAME TEMPORARILY BLOCKED AND NOW MY IP ADDRESS IS BLACKLISTED. THIS FRUSTRATES ME! AND WHEN I WANT TO UNBLOCK THIS ONLINE, I GET TECHINICAL ASSITANCE BUT THEY CHARGE FOR HELP! HOW DO I GET THIS SORTED FOR FREE BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT'S NOT MY FAULT..

What should I do if my account has been hacked?

If you can’t change your password, try to reset your password.
