Recovering A Hacked Account When Your Verification(backup Account) Is No Longer

how do I recover my email account which was hacked last week, when my backup account is no longer is existence. recovering a hacked account only gives me an option to send code to an account that is no longer in existence

Try to understand, hacking is like stealing. If someone takes your car, you can't use it, it's gone. You may never get it back. Just get a new one.
