I Need A Phone Number For Hotmail Customer Service For Blocked Account.

I have a hotmail account that I've had for years. Do not remember the secret questions I chose, I only know my contact names, not email addresses. My account was blocked in 12/2011 without my consent. I've tried changing password, paying "Just answer" nothing works. Who can I talk to, I need this account opened. (this is a free account, if my account was compromised, someone should have informed me before they blocked me out. Thanks - Anne W.
