Why Have I Been Locked Out My Account Twice In The Last Four Months.

I just don't understand why there is no one to talk to regarding a problem one has with hotmail. I can't unlock my account and I am fed up with this bulls---. Someone has been able to access my account without my knowledge and this is not my fault in that I have a secure pass code and have not given it out. This is totally ------ up and apparently has no was to resolve. Hotmail sucks ----.

Try Gmail, I've had pretty good luck with them. Hotmail does have voice support. You can reach them at :

Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 8am-1am , Sat-Sun: 8am-8pm

Also, no one will be able to use your account as long as your password is secure. Don't log in at public terminals unless you clear them after. Same with PC's you don't own. Make sure the password is 8 characters or more and a mix of letts, numbers, and symbols.
