My Email Has Been Blocked. Says Has Been Used To Send Spam Msg. Which I Didn't.

My email has been blocked. It says has been used to send spam msg. Which I didn't. I tried to reset my password and it was successfull to make sure that no once could ever use again my email address but me. I tried entering my mobile number to retrieve and reactivate my account but location is not available in the option. Please help. Please contact me and provide me the details how I could unblock my account. I need this so badly since I am looking for a new work. I cannot use another email address bec I have used this to all of my transactions in the internet.. I hope there is someone who can help.
