SOMEONE HAS HACKED MY EMAIL ACCOUNT, CHANGED PASSWORD, SECRET QUESTION ETC, I DO NOT HAVE ALTERNATE EMAIL WRITTEN. HOW I CAN RECOVER MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE WRTTEN TO SOLUTION CENTER BUT NO SOLUTION TILL NOW

If you cannot access your hotmail account or it has been compromised and you cannot change password via conventional methods, if first needs to be verified. You can initiate the process of recovering your hotmail account here:

https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx

When you get your account verified and change the password, it should be changed to at least 7 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character.
