Account Problems Signing In

Hello y name i snicole bishop i have had an email address with hotmail since 1998. [email protected] I have had problems signing in the last 10 days have changed password three times and now another problem. I am feed up with this problem andi just received return email form hotmail saying htey cannot verify me. The same thing is happening to my mothers hotmail [email protected] we can be contacted aon [email protected] and we wantour hotmail accounts fixed and this password problem to stop happening.
