The Hepa Filter Keeps Popping Out- What To Do

all of a sudden the hepa filter popped out. I cleaned it, but it still keeps popping out. What to do?

There is a knob on the lid of the dirt canister to rotate before you empty the container, but it does not rotate automatically. If the filter is getting dirty quickly, it could be a result of very fine dirt going through the pre-filter screen and blocking the filter. You should also check the filter UNDER the dirt container for blockage and also the exhaust filter on the side. These are both washable and must be bone dry before re-installing
The main filter cartridge is a long cylindrical style and is coated with a teflon material so that all you should have to do is tap the filter lightly to dislodge any dirt. You can wash the filter by running warm water over it and using a SOFT brush to clean the surface. This filter must be BONE DRY..... before re-installing.
By the way, the lifetime filter is not lifetime. It should be replaced every two years, under normal use.
