How Do I Service The Cord Rewind?
I bought this cannister RunAbout and used it for the first time today - got a full bag of household dirt cleaning the stairs, 2 bedrooms, a hall and bath. Good suction, poor performance on carpet. Lightweight, and I like not having to push a little button to disconnect the flexible tube from the floor wand. When I finished, I found the cord would not rewind. How do I open the machine to service the jammed cord?
