Won't Power On
I took brush out and had to clean it now it won't power back on what would be causing this to happen

Hoover FH50700 vacuum cleaners have a brush roll that has to be cleaned periodically. When you take the brush out, you should use a brush cleaner and toothbrush to clear the bristles and any debris from the brush roll. The problem is that once you've cleaned it, there's no way for the vacuum cleaner to know that it needs to clean again, so it won't power on.

Why is my Hoover carpet cleaner not turning on?
If the machine simply won't start and just clicks when it is plugged in and turned on, it could be that the automatic shut off has been inadvertently activated. Turn the cleaner off and unplug the machine. Check the recovery tank and empty it if it is full. Tighten the filter lid if it is askew.
What do you do when your vacuum won't turn on?
If the vacuum cleaner still won't start, make sure the outlet has power by plugging a lamp or small appliance into the outlet. If the outlet is dead, reset the house circuit breaker for the outlet. If the outlet still won't work, have an electrician repair the outlet.
