Brushes Won't Spin On Hoover Maxextract All Terrain Carpet Cleaner
Everything works fine EXCEPT the brushes don't spin. I have cleaned the filter as the manual suggests, as well as cleaning the wheels to ensure that they are not bound up with dirt, hair or other debris. They spin freely when done by hand.
