Hoover Steamvac Dual V Carpet Cleaner Brushes Wont Spin

try this - clean small white filter - access from below. remove dirty water bucket. turn brushes to full speed. Lay down handle and turn it on. THen plug black round hole (sucks air in from dirty busket. This may help. If doesnt - try same with brush assembly removed. mine was simply dust in the brush air turbine
