Why Isn't The Water And Cleaner Solution Filling Into The Bottom Container?
I am trying to clean the carpet. I have the top container filled with the water and solution. When I turn on the Hoover F5808, the carpet gets wet but the bottom is not filling up with water. It seems as though it is not pulling up liquid from the the saturated carpet. Why?
