Brand New Won't Dispense Water What Am I Doing Wrong
Took the dual spin pet out of the box put it together filled tank and it won't dispense water for cleaning. Upholstery tool works fine but the main cleaner won't dispense water what am I doing wrong. Checked all the tanks they are seated properly. But it will only dispense clean water through the upholstery tool
