Clean Water Tank Leaking

as soon as I put the clean water tank on it leaks right out

Why don't you look for a professional to check it out? Or if you can, inspect the tank for leak holes. Dirty water is usually heavier than clean water, and that may be why only clean water leaks (if that is the actual case). The tank may require patching up.
