Honeywell Th8321u1006.
Temp is set at 74 and the AC maintains 74. Cannot adjust temp up or down. With system off, humidity lowers from mid-70s to 59 percent. It seems that humidity percent increases when the AC operates. Cannot access humidity setting. Function 0380. I cannot change the setting from 0 to 1 to override humidity control
