Change Out A T8411r Tstat To A White Rogers 1f81-261

I have an electric heat pump. One stage cooling, two stage heat. The T8411R has the W2 looped with the E terminal with nothing on W1. The White Rogers has a W1 & W2 but no E terminal. How do I wire the White Rogers 1F81-261? I have a 6 WIRE CABLE... R=POWER BLUE = COMMON,Y=COOLING, G=FAN, O=REVERSING VALVE, W=HEAT. THANKS
