Rth7600d Backlight Not Working

I Just Purchased The Rth7600d On Monday I Had An Electrician Install It On Monday... The Problem Is With The Backlight, When I Go To Make A Change To Temp Or Hold Or Any Of The Options The Backlight Doesn't Come On... Any Suggestions
