I Got Honeywell Rth6400d I Would Like To Programed In Celsius

Do a system setup, per https://www.manualslib.com/manual/802727/Honeywell-Rth6400-Series.html?term=System+Setup&selected=2&page=15#manual, and proceed to Advanced Installation. In the Advanced Installation, Function 14 will allow your choose Celsius, as explained at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/802727/Honeywell-Rth6400-Series.html?page=22#manual.
