Thermostat Function - Fan Operation

Is there a way to turn off the fan because it continues to run dispite the function choice of Auto/On setting? I turned the system off and the fan continues to run.

Hi. A number of factors could be causing the issue. Unfortunately, troubleshooting could be quit extensive.
