Red Snowflake Icon On Vision Pro Th8000

Thermostat on Heat setting. Red flashing snowflake icon on right upper corner of thermostat. Heat set to 70 degrees but temperature only 60 degrees. Called heating company and was advised to switch on Emergency Heat. Now snowflake icon is still there but is not flashing. No mention of this icon in my manual. What does it mean!???
