How Can I Stop The Beeping?

Hi. Honeywell recommends replacing a thermostat of this behavior. And the RTH111's manual is silent about beeping. The same goes for a thermostat that continues to beep even after batteries replacement (applies for thermostats using batteries which the RTH1111 does not).
