Keys Pad Doesn't Repond Lock Won't Open
I got your safe a week ago. A couple of days ago I went to put in the factory code (159A) and the yellow LED light came on but the door didn't unlatch. Now if you press any numbers on the key pad the safe will beep and the Yellow LED flash when you press the first # and about 30 seconds after pressing the last number the safe will beep 5 times and the yellow LED will Flash 5 tomes but nothing happens. I have opened the safe with the keys and changed the batteries and tried to reset the pass code and get the same response from the safe; one beep and the yellow LED when you press the first key and then five beeps and the yellow LED flashes five time about 30 seconds after pressing the last key. What to do?
