To reset the fingerprint reader on a Honeywell 2077D, follow these steps:
Press and hold the * and # keys on the keypad for 5 seconds.
Enter the master code. The default master code is 6321.
Press the 1 key.
Press the * key.
Press the 9 key.
Press the * key.
Press the 7 key.
Press the * key.
Press the 0 key.
Press the * key.
Press the 1 key.
Press the * key.
Press the # key.
The fingerprint reader will be reset. You will need to re-enroll your fingerprints in order to use the fingerprint reader.
If you have forgotten the master code, you will need to contact Honeywell customer support for assistance.
Important note: Resetting the fingerprint reader will erase all of the enrolled fingerprints.
