Service From Baguio Honda Service Center Is Unresponsive And Very Poor

I delivered my 2009 Honda to my Baguio, Philippines Sevice Center for symptoms of overheating on 20 Nov. The Sercice Center told me the car needs a Head Gasket Kit and new fan motor, but the "Supplying Factory is out of stock for these parts" I called the Factory but they do not provide any information regarding the availability of these parts. After many call back to the Baguio Service Center they now inform me that the parts MAY be available to ship 14th Dec, but cannot comment when the car will be repaired. Nobody has provided me with an explaination as the parts supply problem(s). It will likely take a month , or more to supply parts and repair my car. To me as a longtime owner of many Hondas in America this seems to a very poor reflection on Honda Global Customer Service Image. Could you please tell me what is wrong with parts supply for my car here in Philippines Sincerely, Douglas Moses
