No Low Beam And Fogs Lights

My low beam head lights and fogs lights do not turn on. I do have high beam. I have replaced both the combo switch and fog light switch. When using a test light I do not have power on the low beam head light fuses. Is there a seperate ground for high beam and low beam? If so where would the ground be for the light beam/fog light circuit? Also the indicator light on the fog light switch does not come on.

An overheated wire in the head light harness can cause the low beams not to work. Replacing combination light/turn signal switch switch, the wire for the low beams, and the combination switch connector (if damaged) should repair this issue.
