What Is The Cause For Side Mirrors Retraction Failure On My Honda Odyssey Ra1?

If one of the mirrors is in and the other is out manually push it out again then give it some time to reset itself. If the internal micro switch(s) has been misaligned it will likely require disassembly and repair. They are repairable.
