Dash Lights

1995 Honda Prelude Has Dash Lights Out (all Fuses Ok) And The Air Conditioner Suddenly Stopped Blowing Cold Around The Same Time. (may Or May Not Be Related) It Was Just Recharged A Month Ago And Was Working Fine. Fan Is Working. Blower Is Working. Any Suggestions On Where To Start Checking? Is It A Relay? Is There A Fusable Link Or Other Hidden Fuse Under The Dash I Need To Check?
