Factory Radio Has No Power. Cd Drive Has Power.

My factory installed radio has no power. Before this happened there was alot of static in the speakers. There is power going to the cd because I can hear it clicking but no radio's leds are out. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it the speakers, radio or both?
