I've Had It For Less Than A Month And It Just Stopped Working.

I've had it for less than a month and a few nights ago it just quit working. The massage heads are stuck at the top and the power button is flashing like it's trying to power down but it doesn't. Tried unplugging, holding button down for a long time but neither worked.

Hi,

there are other reviews of this device having similar tech issues on amazon. The manual doesnt have any troubleshooting steps. My suggestion would be to seek a replacement or simply return/refund .
