Pulse Readings - Manual V Monitor ?bekv Blood Pressure Differences ?

On average, when I take an at rest  manual pulse reading, I get an 80/min. result, however the BP Monitor BPA - 110 - 2CA keeps giving me in the range of 61/ min. Also, before I purchased this unit, my blood presssure readings at the docotor's office or drug store were always high - 150 range. Comments please !
