Square Clean Cuts

My saw sat unused for about 6 years. Now it is burning and uneven cutting. I know how to adjust fence and blade, but it seems to be tracking out of square. Also, how can I line up with positive stops again?

"When it is necessary to push the wood into the saw, it is a sign that the disc is not sharpened. This way, it burns the wood instead of cutting it and needs to be replaced. The ideal is to always have a spare disk, in good condition, for eventual replacement ", solving both problems.
