What Does The Error Code 21:13 Mean

after turning on error comes up a few minutes later

Explanation Problem with the Service Station. Recommended action Try the following:

Turn the printer off (using the power switch at the back of the printer), and disconnect the power cable. Wait 15 seconds and reconnect the power cable and turn the printer on.
Make sure that the service station path is clear. Remove any visible obstacles (e.g. screws, plastic parts, etc...) restricting the movement of the service station.
