Auto Measure Sensor Is Not Working

Auto measure sensor is not working, I checked Sensor is ok but it not working how I check problem in back

let me tell you the sensor in the scitex unit is quite tricky to judge that it is working or not you need to contact hp service engineer they will tell u and check the unit is it faulty or some minor issue is there.

look inside the carriage at the measure device with a flashlight you will see a button on top. take a pen or something and push the button to re set the sensor...
