Password On First Installation

Trying to install Windows 2012 on a HP ProLiant ML310e server. Now the system is asking for a Admin password and it dosent match the one I have...

If you don't have access to the admin that set up the password you will need to seek out the help of a PC tech. Unlike a Windows based system, hacking into a server to bypass the password is normally beyond the typical end user.

My mistake:-), the setup was not asking for the built in password. I was supposed to set the new password using:

Characters from three of the following four categories:

English uppercase characters (A through Z)
English lowercase characters (a through z)
Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

I think it was at least three form each:-).
