Laptop Has Blank Screen On Startup
Started up laptop but got message, Press ESC for start up menu. Nothing happened when I pressed it. I got distracted, did nothing with the laptop for a few minutes, then suddenly the laptop continued to boot up, showing the Windows icon with music. I got excited, thinking the problem resolved itself, but now I don't have my desktop, on ly the HP screen and logo.
I did a normal logoff the night before. What happened and what is the fix?
